P&Y Design was created around a simple idea: bring the design, materials and installation into one clear plan.
Improving a space involves many connected decisions: design, materials, budget, timing and the right people for the work. When those decisions are separated, the homeowner often becomes the project manager.
We built P&Y Design to coordinate those parts together. One scope, one schedule and one point of contact from the initial conversation through to handover.

If the work falls outside our current scope, we would rather say so early than create problems later.
P&Y Design is a new business and we do not yet have a catalogue of completed P&Y projects or client reviews. Where we use AI-generated design concepts, we label them clearly so you know what you are looking at.
We are growing carefully, confirming the scope of each project and keeping our commitments clear from the beginning.
